So this week we drive our self converted campervan up to the North of England and explore the Forest of Bowland! Disclaimer, this is one of the best wild camping park ups we have found in England so far, and can't believe we could stealth camp right by the river!! We cannot tell you how nice it's been to be out travelling in our van again, together! Actually getting out in nature, hiking and exploring in the beauty of the UK has been amazing!
After our last vanlife nightmare, the van breakdown, followed by our dog having surgery and a lockdown, we were beginning to think this day would never come!

As we start to plan our next big travel adventure out in Europe, we are going to make the most of travelling in our tiny home on wheels, right here in our own back yard! We really had started to forget how much we liked being a full time travel couple and how much we loved filming these travel vlogs, we were a bit out of practice but we will soon be back in the swing! And now, as proper digital nomads we are hoping to make more of these travel films and document as many of our adventures as we possibly can!

great tip for you for the ticks is use mint toothpaste on a cotton swab and rub it on their back they pull theirselves out heads aswell have a great trip girls

We're all tough cookies up north and Lancashire is well known for the damp/wet the reason why all the cotton mills were built in the county. Manchester (changed from Lancashire to Greater Manchester in the 1970s) was known as 'Cottonopolis' and used to be the centre for the world's cotton industry. Sadly the decline of the cotton industry had a big impact on Lancashire. There is the Queens Street Mill Textile Museum in Burnley. It is the last surviving 19th century steam powered weaving mill in the world. Anyone that's never been in a weaving mill has a shock when they visit the museum at the level of noise that a weaving shed full of Lancashire looms make. No ear protection was given out in weaving mills until the 1970s.
