Institute for Health Equity, a part of Norton Healthcare, is proud to introduce a team of dedicated community health workers. This team will serve as the bridge between community and medical resources, serving patients with the goal of creating strong, trusting relationships with medical providers. Our community health workers will leave no stone unturned when it comes to supporting populations who have been negatively impacted by health disparities.
