If heat is the issue why not combine the advantage of the "tablet" with the clamshell format.
Leave the main components on the screen but move the battery + more I/O to the keyboard. The free space on the screen can be used to beef up the GPU. It will be like a regular laptop with a different screen/keyboard ratio (so you will need a kickstand to support the screen weight).
You can also leave the current format but offer a beefier keyboard and offer a keyboard with extra battery power and more I/O, so a type of dock.

Gaming tablet is genius and should definitely be the future over gaming laptop. I would invest in that

Except it limits the CPU to 1ghz under a AAA gaming load causing a massive CPU bottleneck when not connected to the XG mobile. This would be super cool if they had put a more sensible CPU in the device.

Doesnt use laptop for gaming, While i dont use tablet for gaming. I recently found a few games on it that peaked my interest and makes me want find some good games for tablet.

The problem is the battery is terrible in this tablet. Maybe only 2hrs with normal load.

I have a Surface Pro 8 which plays a good amount of games, but like this tablet, battery life sucks. Especially when running 120mhz, lucky to get 5 hrs.

What is less genius perhaps, is a gaming phablet, 7" to 7.2" display, with an all-out ARM design (M1 like) chipset design.
