Tips to swallow pills from someone who used to vomit or violently reject pills...
Eat something. Like whatever meal you've got, but certain stuff works better than others. Yogurt, cookies, pie, bread, soup. Food that's easy to swallow, even when it needs to be chewed first. Chew food, place pill, swallow. Start with small and non-smelly pills.

Thankfully I am a psychologist I treated myself with systematic desensitization 😁
It was when I got pregnant, had to start taking medicines and what not, is when I decided to

When I was a kid I was afraid to take pills but I needed an Advil so I practiced with Skittles because I wasn't afraid to swallow them. Yes, I was a fat kid lol.

Ive never been great at swallowing pills. Then i was diagnosed with a pancreatic insufficiency and now i have to take two big capsules per meal, and one per snack. I take about 11 a day. Kinda helped my fear lol.
