Beantown Aquatics has fantastic fish. The fryeri he carries would be great in your tank.

I've always had the best luck to mitigate aggression the same way you do and have it overstocked. I also had a few losses in the past 6-7 months and more aggression set in, then got a few more additions myself and it solved it! I really like the Bicolor, but then again I'm always more attracted to the blue/yellow mix in fish lol. Good luck with the new cichlids and great unboxing video, Troy! 👍

Love the whole thing, the established population, and the newbies - brilliant! I often wonder what becomes of the gals? I don't mean personally - it's just never mentioned by any of online Malawian presenters.

Great additions Troy. I like the Lwanda (if that’s how you spell it) 😅. Love it man

Beautiful addition to the 135g! Thanks for sharing Troy. What shells did you get for your substrate? Also, any word on Aquashella Daytona ??!

Looks fantastic! I’ve seen his channel as well. One sidenote I remember Charles of Goliad Farms try’s to avoid using nets when possible.

Great Video. I too am having issues with serious aggression in one of my 75 Gallon African Cichlid tanks right now and I need to do something pretty quick. I have a Tank Boss, Regal Blue Peacock that is absolutely beautiful, but he is a real turd to the rest of the fish. He keeps everyone on the right side of the tank, and beats them up if they come to the left side. My Sunshine Peacock that is forced to the right side chases the rest of them to the left side and then the Regal Blue chases them back to the right. I've got 6 peacocks in this tank right now, and I think that I need to add 4 more. Been thinking about adding some larger fish to try and calm things down a bit, but I'm also at a point where my normal quarantine tank is currently being used to grow out some smaller fish, so I'm going to have to do the same thing that you just did. I'm thinking about doing a couple of nonpredatory haps. My two tank bosses are at 5"+ right now.

How many of these species of fish would you recommend putting in a 125?
