I've been doing stretches for my anterior pelvic tilt and have been able to gain around 3cm which is insane! This was also a more mild case of anterior pelvic tilt.

I weigh 110 kilos, and as soon as I wake up in the morning, my height is 181.3 cm. After 1 hour, it is 180.2-180.3. I usually go up to 179.5 at the end of the day, and if I am extremely tired, I finish the day at 179.2 from 8 am to 24 pm. If I lose weight, will I grow taller as soon as I wake up in the morning? There is nothing wrong with my posture.

Hey Rob could you look at height of turkish actor Mehmet Akif Alakurt, on google it says 190 cm, but in photos he looks barely or if any taller at all than turkish actor Kivanc Tatlitug who's most likely 185-186 cm, do you think Mehmet is equal to Kivanc or he edges him out by 1-2 cm, I don't think he is a legit 190 cm, perhaps maximum 187-188cm
