Bloodstained also has RPG elements in it (as did Castlevania: Symphony of the Night) which Bloodstained is named after (both are created by Koji Igarashi; Bloodstained was basically his response to Konami not letting him make Castlevania the way he wanted to anymore). And it's amazing. I think you'd enjoy it. It does have crafting, but no silly crafting minigames etc, you just get the materials and click to make it.

Bug Fables is such a great game, if you evenly mildly enjoyed Paper Mario 64 or TTYD then Bug Fables is a game you should check out. The combat is super complex and interesting, the characters are great, the lore and story building are excellent, and the music is wonderful as well. Seriously cannot recommend it enough

Currently playing Bug Fables, and I am having a blast! Paper Mario TTYD is one of my favourite games ever, and this one is so well made, with so many similarities but much better character development, providing a fair challenge as well and many places to explore. I absolutely recommend it to everyone! I am 30 hours in, and just started chapter 7.

Code Vein is dark and bloody but never lonely.
You can choose to go through the game with one of several companions with their own unique abilities.
You can also pick up shards of their memories around the world in order to unlock new powers and learn about their past.
The game features a base where you can talk to all your companions and give them gifts to raise your friendship level.
Higher friendship levels reward you with their unique weapons or let you buy unique items if they're a shopkeeper.

The character creator for Code Vein really is THAT good. If you're an anime fan, you'll probably be able to create a close replica of any human character you like, and there's good videos of people making characters here on YouTube.
I've seen a good Tohru creation and a good Cloud Strife to boot.

The Sword Art Online games are pretty fun too. Especially Fatal Bullet which has its own story unique from the anime series. All the different gun types act differently and have abilities to go along with them. They all have their uses for certain enemy types. Though I ended up mainly Sniping and using Rocket Launchers.
The enemies are actually fairly varied too, although nothing that really blows you away.

That is a crazy price for Yakuza 0, considering what an amazing game it is. I put 120 hours into that thing and loved every second of it. Absolutely recommended.
That said, be warned that the combat is nothing like "Like a Dragon." You take control of a single character, and it's real-time beat-em-up action. Even if that doesn't sound like your cup of tea, I would advise giving it a chance just so you can enjoy the epic story, great characters, humour, side-quests, tons of fun mini-games, and the joy of exploring the setting and just kind of chilling with it.
