Junk-Filled California Yard Is a Candidate for ‘Hoarders’

A garbage-filled yard in southern California’s San Fernando Valley is drawing complaints from neighbors. “Not only is it an eye sore, the piles of garbage and trash and everything else is a health hazard,” one frustrated woman told KCBS about the Granada Hills property. The site has allegedly attracted the attention of animal pests, in addition to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and producers of the A&E reality show, “Hoarders.” #InsideEdition

When it becomes this bad the owner should no longer have a choice. It's a danger to their neighbors and the city should remove everything and leave the bill because pressing charges, taking them to court, putting them in jail, and trying to force them to clean is not going to work.

For everyone judging the person who lives here, yes it is a problem and they should be dealt with but hoarding is caused by mental health conditions such as OCD and personality disorders and sometimes ADHD, if you watch hoarding shows you can see the people on it having difficulty parting ways with the junk even if its the smallest and most pointless thing. Hoarding is very worrying as it is only taken seriously when it gets to points like these in the video.
