I don't understand why Norwich are always terrible in the Premier League; granted, they're not a wealthy club, and so cannot really bolster the squad. But what always surprises me is the fact that they almost always dominate the Championship so much any season that they get promoted, that you'd expect them to at least fight for around a mid-table finish when they're in the Prem., but no, even teams they dominated in the Championship that got promoted with them ends up dominating them in the Prem.
