Thank you so much😭 I have the habit of badly spraining/hurting my feet and legs because I like doing stupidity.

My uncle got me crutches because I was terrified of walking on my sprained foot (I sprained it so bad that I was taken to urgent care because I could NOT feel my foot) and I genuinely had no clue how to adjust them😭

I sprained my ankle, got some crutches to help, then sprained my wrist on my crutch. -_-
