One thing that confused me, why punishment? Is there a way to ensure enemies are always on low life? Or is it just good enough by itself that it's worth it (over e.g. conductivity).

hmm this looks cool but i dont really see the benefit over normal ball lightning or frostnova because u prolly do about the same dps but ur "kinda" a meele.
