The flip side of capitalism that no one wants to talk about 😮

It is the money that matters in capitalistic docieties. Human sufferings and pains do not matter. The capitalist has to make money by any means. How right you are, Shahid Bolsen.

Western Capitalism 101:

Step 1: Create a product that manifests problems after the warranty period is over.
Step 2: Charge an arm and a leg to fix the problem if not covered by warranty. Make sure the repair cost is higher than or slightly less than the repair cost.
Step 3: Profit.

One of the main issues, regarding this problem, is the fact that the majority of poor Westerners believe and support this system, that harms them, and keeps them poor. They believe in the nonstop production of goods, for profit, whether beneficial or not. They believe in 24/7 production and consumption. They believe that that is what life is all about. They don't understand that there can be a rest from the insatiable lust for more, to get to know, take care of, each other, and the world that we live in. They are constantly looking for the next greedy producer of whatever, to worship for his acquisition and hoarding of money and resources. And that's the cycle.

Since 2008, profitability doesn’t matter either. As long as investors keep pumping money and/or the government keeps giving out subsidies. The US finance, automakers, rail and aerospace sectors are indicative. The US has entered slow decline in 1971 when it started to print money, that decline hastened after 2001 and went parabolic after 2008

I know good and damn well what he is saying is true, I'm one of the people that have been sold one of these solutions after they created my problem.

What a sad situation, yet true validation of a sick nation and cooperation.

This is so true..look at fast food. The over charge for smaller portions and the folks who work there are nasty, rude and don’t care if you’re spending your money at their establishment. Are you listening Starbucks?

The truth. I remember 50 years ago a manufacturer made great products with a guarantee. Now, you buy deficient products and purchase a guarantee in case it breaks.

Not just the quality of products, they doesn't care about the quality of human life. Not knowing without human life there are no more products and what good is money without human beings 🤔
