Imo baldur wins extreme diff, I know she's kratos equal and that she knows his weakness, but that doesn't mean that she can instantly kill him. In the final fight with baldur, you could see that baldur was about to kill kratos, but atreus saved him and baldur wasnt even at his full potential as he was distracted by freya and was just learning his new abilities, so baldur(no curse) > kratos(2018) high diff and I even think that kratos in ragnorok would still lose to baldur, extreme diff, which would also mean baldur(no curse)>freya extreme diff. I'd say high-extreme diff since that's what it canonically took for Kratos who had Atreus helping him, and we all know Freya is Kratos' equal. What's strange to me is that even without the curse, Baldur seemed vastly more durable than both Kratos' young and older self. Kratos died to a tap from Mjolnir, and damn near or outright died every time he got stabbed by the Blade of Olympus. Meanwhile Baldur was just laughing getting impaled and axed and skewered all around. He didn't seem to mind the Eitr venom either, unlike Thor. Him or Odin are easily the most durable in the series.
