Nice talk. Sheri is spot-on about protection and incidence of lower astral folks crashing the sessions. No one particularly 'evil' - just full of mischief. I do sessions so regularly that I can tell when a pretender has joined the session. It is amazing how folks as far as New York or even Australia somehow pick up my signal and come through. It is very draining when these party-crashers usurp a session. But as a tool of communication, EVP is a life-changer. I also no longer use human gibberish. I use ocean waves or often nowadays, just nothing. A quiet, quiet room. If you boost up the audio via the amplify knob (on Audacity.com) - you can hear whispers which are pretty darn clear. xoxo P.S. I love the 'lunch' story! PPS Another recent discovery is that I can re-use the same audio recording and get new chat. For example - I record 2 minutes of 'tape' - and once I have heard all conversations - and then I rewind and listen again and it is brand new chat/conversation. But this is very new to me still. I'm still playing around with it.

I learned from GSI that was featured on Art Bell for many years. Just buy a digital recorder and that's good enough. Phone recording is not as good, but still works. Look for old Art bell EVP's with GSI on YouTube. GSI are very reputable and honest people!!!
