This is one of my favourite episodes because it is a genuine collection where every piece has a reason and a place. +Big respect for wearing a vintage sub swimming, not caring about losing the pearl and rocking the mickey mouse. Cool dude in my book.

I cannot express how much I like how humble and down to earth Keegan Allen is. He swims with his vintage Rolex. He got into watches through a quartz Mickey mouse watch and he is happy wearing quartz watches as well as mechanicals. Very genuine. He enjoys it based off of his views alone and doesnt seem to care what others think.

Great episode. I have no idea who this guy is since I haven't seen his show, but it was cool to see how enthusiastic and excited he is about watches. Most, probably because of age, are more reflective when discussing watches, it's a cliche but this was full of youthful exuberance which was really pleasant to see.

This is the 36th episode and I still haven't seen a talking watch. False advertising.

He’s wearing the one John Mayer said you wear when you got some real shit at home... John was right

It would be nice to have this guy talking with John Mayer about the watches

This episode is becoming as good as John Mayer’s. I’ve watched it a few times now.

Cool collection. Love the fact he swims in his vintage subs, exactly as they were intended to be used. That tag is great too.

The fact that his dad sold his Sub for a Tag tells you he's a true watch lover.

Lol, thank you Hodinkee and Keegan...since this episode the Gevril went from being readily on Amazon to having to be hunted down and needless to say the price has been adjusted. I love the everything “Ben touches turns to gold” phase of HODINKEE. I mean that! Genuinely happy for him and the team. But golly!

Genuine and honest fellow. Actually a watch guy. What a wonderful interview. I wish the episodes were 30 minutes +! Cannot get enough of them.

I love Talking Watches! Isn't it interesting that many collectors fathers were essentially one watch warriors? I love seeing these worn out watches that older generations put through the paces, using them as a daily tool and not swapping through watches weekly (or sometimes multiple times a day in many of our cases). The watch captures so much more soul since it was there through everything, not just a number in a massive collection.

I love that he has a Tag Heuer in his collection. I hope it made people's heads explore.

None of those watches do it for me, but great to see somebody so genuine and passionate about their collection.

Legit episode! Good mix of serious and fun watches combined with good stories and real emotion. Keegan knows his stuff too.

Love how Keegan phrases his “reminder to not take himself too seriously” for his Mickey Mouse watch in the exact same way Dan Brown describes Robert Langdon and why he wears the same Mickey Mouse watch in every one of his books since Angels and Demons in 2000.. coincidence?

I have no idea who he is. But this is my favourite Hodinke video. But he has introduced me to patek travel time and the 1675 Blueberry. Both I never knew they existed until I saw this video.
