This boss blew me away the first time I saw them. It always feels more like a dance with them instead of a fight. And it’s a huge confidence boost when you finally beat them. Hope you’re having fun with the game. It’s one of the best.

I love how they aren’t just attacking you, and how they seem to respect you after getting that far through the other mantises. They allow you to choose if you want to challenge them, and allow you anywhere throughout the village after you defeat them.

There is also a variant of the mamtis lords called the sisters of battle where all 3 mantis lords fight you at the same time, you can access the bossfight by going to godhome, and that boss fight is so fun.

It's always fun to me to watch anyone i recommend Hollow Knight to change their minds about the game after they fight the Mantis Lords for the first time, This fight is almost like a love spell Team Cherry cleverly put on this early level of the Game.
