Love it that Daisy announced the winner 'her partner in crime "Normal People" Paul Mescal.
Paul looked here on stage really the proud fatherfigur for Frankie, so cute.
Frankie and Paul are a good team in Aftersun🥰, but Daisy and Paul were that also in Normal People ♥️

Paul Mescal always defers to those he works with…and in interviews with co-star Frankie he always looks to her, inviting her to comment…giving her space because she is new to all of this. He is a generous person…and actor. This one upset me…Charlotte has made a very meaningful film that leaves you dwelling on a mix of images and feelings…Calum crying agonisingly, his affection for Sophie as he puts sunblock on her shoulders, and the last scene where we are left to imagine the outcome, knowing how Sophie is not fully cognisant of her father’s depression and mental distress, but there’s hints of her own (possible future) vulnerability. The human condition played out before us. This film will endure. 🐑🐑🇳🇿🇳🇿NZ

Can we stop wasting time hearing a long ass list of credits? It's so meaningless. Thank you speeches should be from the heart and, yes, mean something. Not just a way to make sure egos aren't hurt in the process. What a waste of precious time. But congrats to a brilliant film.
