Our review (Date 13-01-2020): Hmmmmmm. What have we here? A new sound? Sorta kinda maybe.
Jaialai are a Floridian band who blend psych rock with Afro-Cuban elements. Or something like that. They're gearing up for a new EP called Culebra and "Victor's Belt" comes as the first taste of what's on offer.
With a groovy bassline, dreamy vocals and a jangling guitar line, this one's probably going to be on repeat for me.
