Seriously? wtf is the story line!!! Not a bit of logic in any place. What was the director thinking in his mind, when he wrote an "inside job" storyline, that someone is trying to stop the mission!!!??? Who the fuck wants a stop a mission that if failed will end the entire planet!!?? An asteroid the size of a city will wipe out the life on this plant. The last asteroid that killed 80% of life on earth including the dinosaurs was a 7 miles in width. So, the size boasted here in this movie will wipe out all life on earth. So, what kind of currency or wealth do you need when the world is going to end if you stop the asteroid from getting nuked. I think the director thought that the asteroid the size of a city that supposedly has a collision course enroute chennai, will only hit chennai and do damage to only the people of chennai. Could have just asked for an appointment with few professors in IIT's Astrophysics Department. But, the director's cartoonish imaginations was visible in the film. Meanwhile, a Hollywood movie called Interstellar, literally recreated an exact model of a spinning blackhole (Quasar) in the film. And even scientists took references from the film for their researches. The physics of that movies was so accurate, that it seems more like a real life documentary than a sci-fi movie. Christopher Nolan really did spend a lot of time with scientists and astrophysics professors while writing the script. That's what i call a space movie. But, Tiktiktik is just a silly movie waste of time, because if i knew its going to be silly i would expect the same from the movie. I seriously expected some real deal and the movie is a total let down and a direct assault on logic and common sense.
