Rustic Strawberry Tart Easy Scottish Recipe

We are in love this summer with this delicious rustic strawberry summer tart its so delicious and easy to make!

One of our favourite things about the summer months is when the Scottish strawberries come into season they are so delicious and this tart is the perfect way to enjoy it.

If you want you can make this summer strawberry tart with shortcrust pastry if you want to take a few shortcuts, who doesn't need a shortcut in a busy family home I know I do! :-) You could also use shop bought custard but the custard in this recipe is easy to make and is really delicious! :-D
