To everyone who keeps saying it’s been debunked or hasn’t been please stop. It hasn’t been officially debunked, they don’t know who made it and they don’t know if it’s some weird art project or real. Take it as you please but stop spreading misinformation. This video is almost 20 years old as of 2025, or surfaced from the dark web and into the surface web on July 20th 2005. Persi, the creator of the rayray costumes, has insisted that he has no ties to the video and that the costumes were stolen. They haven’t identified any of the people shown in these videos either. And the man is very clearly not laughing, this is a cry for help. Anyone with an ounce of empathy and pity can understand the difference and laughing and crying, this is a man with terrible trembling through his teeth with each breathe he takes. He is crying, not laughing. It surfaced on 4chan, (4chan used to he way worse back in the day). With all the speculation going around and none of it confirmed, I will repeat for those in the back, NONE of it confirmed. I figured I should clear up the confusion. This is a creepypasta known as blank room soup and freaky soup. There are 4 known videos, all with the same name and counting numbers. Ex. Blank Room Soup 3. There are only 4 videos with more imitations than I can count. It was uploaded to /x on 4chan, and as shameful as it as to admit I do do my fair share of scrolling on 4chan. For those who aren’t anons, /x is the paranormal board. Don’t get it confused with
/b which is random. After 4chans /x it was spread to Reddit on r/creepy and r/NoSleep, and then onto YouTube. Back to Raymond persi, he was very disturbed by the usage of his stolen costumes. He said he has no part in the creation of the videos. Blank room soup 2 also surfaced on 4chan’s /x, there is no confirmed date of postage. But it was t very long after the first one. Blank room soup 3 was apparently also uploaded to /x, also with no confirmed date, it’s agreed to be uploaded sometime in late 2005 or in early 2006. Number 4 has no known origin or date. They’re not sure if it’s from YouTube or 4chan or possibly even somethingawful. People have claimed to remember talk of it in 4chan but they aren’t sure if it’s from /x. They are also unsure if it’s authentic, they believe it could be a copy cat, a coppypasta if you will, lol. All they know of number 4 is that it surfaced in the late 2000s and throughout the 2010s. So to come to a conclusion 1 and 2 are verified to be tied together while 3 and 4 might be copy cats. Although 3 is the more reliable of the 2. They do get murkier the later the videos come. There are several debunking videos but it’s hard to debunk something that that’s been covered up by 4chans threads being routinely deleted. Glad to clear this up.
Most debunked videos really are just theories with that have more evidence than the other theories. You can’t truly get the full story when only one side of the story is being told. Yes the debunking videos have truth in it, but the weird nature in the video as well as comments from persi suggest otherwise. This doesn’t mean that it being fake is true, neither does it being “real”, don’t believe everything you see on the internet, I encourage you to do your own research and of you have any evidence and proof of either side being correct or wrong, I’d love to know. Please please please give me more of the story to add on to this explanation, let me know if I’m missing anything.
This very well could be a publicity stunt done by Persi to either gain clout for himself and his band type thing, or for his sisters band (stolen babies). Yes he could just be doing this for clout and publicity and solely for the purpose of this being talked about. Although there are several outcomes in which this so real or fake or something in between so do as you please with this info. Another example of him doing this for publicity and faking this would be his role as the va for the sloth from zootopia, he could do that just to have his name be recognized. It’s a way better thought that he very well could have coordinated this and faked it, than it being real. Btw this not being on the news is not evidence of it being fake, there are so many shocker websites put there that go unreported and show 1000x worse than this. I encourage you not to go to these sites and click on any fishy links, this can be life ruining, it very well could send you to therapy or even worse. The worst of the worst people are on these sites showing the world it’s darkest moments, I’ve seen this stuff and I wish I never clicked those links and URL’s, please for the page of god do not look into those sites. It could make you cry and have a feeling of piercing terror strike your hart, or dark deepening tone digging into your chest. The dark web is the worst place out there, I’m telling you. I know I said don’t believe everything on the internet, but it’s also the biggest and best source of information and facts, Wikipedia will always be better and more practical than an encyclopedia. If you want to get into the bright side of the deep web and not all that scary stuff, go watch Tuv’s videos on the subject and or learn about Tor browser yourself. But be warned this can have a catastrophic outcome.
Ok back to the actual story, for some reason persi didn’t think to report this stolen costume missing or anything. There was no police report or anything done at all for that matter, it’s very odd and strange that something so important to someone is just gone and there was no effort to getting it back. Why didn’t persi file a police report that his stuff had been stolen out of his van? There are several different theories and stuff out there, I read one on Reddit that they heard it was a fetus or something (gross ik, but so is this topic.) some say it’s his family, some say it’s his parents, others say it’s just his wife or just his kids. Some say it’s just normal soup and he’s laughing, sure maybe, but you gotta be so tone deaf to not see how that’s obviously crying. Dudes 100% either crying or fake crying. Same Reddit thread, another person said it was from an ad(advert), no no it was not for and ad. I also heard that the video was sent to him pretty soon after it being stolen through email. How fast are these guys that they steal the stuff and then presumably race towards the building This was in (or it could be close by) and film this? Although there is no definite time frame between the row events. Sorry for grammatical errors.

For those who don't know Yes, Raymond persi had a music band, he made these mascot costumes and he noticed that kids liked this alot, so he decided to scare everyone by making this video, no one tried to know about this, until a guy named "nigma" contacted Raymond persi in 2015 and Raymond persi said "I'm a hacker but let me explain" and he made up a fake  random story but nigma wasn't gonna give up easily so he found another video which was called" blank room soup 3"and decided to research about a guy in the video which was kidnapped, after a lot of research nigma finally found his name And it was "Gil Sharon" and he did some research on Gil Sharon and found out that Gil Sharon is the member of Raymond persi's music band and Gil Sharon also appeared in one of his music videos, now he finally got all context

Here's the actual story since everybody saying false shit:
The costumes are called ray Ray I believe and they were supposedly stolen and someone made the creepy video in this video.(there was no murder or any harm in particular involved). Later the Internet found out something fishy about the story from the creator of the costumes of how they got stolen. He allegedly got sent the video onto his email and spread it. But why did he not contact police over the stolen costumes? Is he the original creator of the video? I guess we'll never find out....
