This ADU is pre-approved in the city of Los Angeles as part of the LADBS Standard ADU Plans Program.

We designed this ADUs flexible and smart floor plan to fit within the new California ADU exemption that drastically reduces the hurdles and fees homeowners need to manage to permit and build their ADU. Not to mention that the unit looks fantastic in any backyard space! With 730 sqft of interior living space, the floor plan prioritizes giving all 3 bedrooms plenty of space to fit in a queen bed along with full closets.
