SpaceX Falcon 9 launches Iridium-2 & Falcon 9 first stage landing, 25 June 2017

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket launched Iridium-2 mission, 10 satellites to low- Earth orbit for Iridium, from Space Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, on 25 June 2017, at 20:25 UTC (13:25 PDT). Following stage separation, the first stage of Falcon 9 landed on the “Just Read the Instructions” droneship, stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

Damn. Other than CRS-8 this has got to be the smoothest footage of an ocean landing they've managed to capture. No cuts in the footage even. The flat-earthers are starving to death.

Choppy Ocean. Good stuff. I like how it came out of the clouds and there was the drone ship. Amazing! Not much that gives hope in this shitty world of a positive future at the moment but SpaceX is absolutely one of them.

All these conspiracy theorists don't have enough faith in Humanity. It is necessary for Govt funded NASA and SpaceX at the moment to work together, but free market space exploration is the future of space exploration and it needs more faith from people.

Hell yeah, so impressive to watch!  Question: does anyone know why they replaced the aluminum stabilizer fins with titanium spec ones?  I realize that titanium is stronger but I don't recall them having any failures on past first stage fins?
