What are these mentally ill takes. Listen, while riot might not do something illegal legally. We can all agree it is really shitty to not have clarification and I think riot SHOULD do better on this. Just let casters know if they are in or out, at which weeks they have to work or are on standby instead of letting them be in the greyzone, actively holding their job prospects hostage since they 'might' have work. Blizzard uses its name to hire people at 50% off instead of paying more to attract better talent. I have a coworker that works at costco and tell me how it was his dream to work here.

Riot are shitters, but I don’t think I’ll ever care for the casters as they time and time again do not care for eachother. It’s a dog eats dog kind of world where they never back eachother up because if someone is out there is a spot up for grabs. That’s the raw deal with being a caster, you have to fend for yourself because riot has made you into a commodity and brand instead of a professional with job safety. Everytime a caster piped up either for themselves or for the good of the people they are booted and the other casters look the other way. That way all we end up with in the end are yay sayers that will keep eating that delicious shit cake riot baked for them, and I can’t have sympathy for that.
