BRO I THINK I SHIFTED WITH THIS 😭😭so i was thinking about how i REALLLY didnt want to start highschool and how i only have 3 weeks of summer left so i looked up a “shift instantly” subliminal and found this. I dont remember how many times i listened to this but i do know it was more than 5. update: the first time i used this, i didn’t shift but i ended up having a lucid dream in a place that was very similar to my dr!! it was super fun! :D i’m gonna try again tonight. :)

here’s some times when reality shifting comes in super handy:)

-the night before an exam. didn’t study enough or you’re way too tired/unmotivated? you can study in your dr :) you’re going to return to your cr with all your memories from your dr so don’t worry! imagine all the knowledge you’ll have if you stay in your dr for a week and study everyday (say you want 1 week in ur dr to equal 1 hour in your cr) when you get back to your dr, it’ll be the same night, and you can get some sleep while being totally prepared for your exam, thanks to your dr self!

-when things are stressful. whenever you feel overwhelmed and you just need a break, or a holiday, you can literally do so in your dr! spend as long as you need to in your dr. your well being is super important :)
