'VENDEMMIA' 🍇🍇 Grape Harvest in Italy 🇮🇹 🇮🇹

In this video a tipical grape harvesting day in Caluso, a town located in the Piedmont region in nothern italy.
The grape variety is "Erbaluce" that will be processed to produce a white wine in 3 variant: "Erbaluce" (still), "Metodo Classico" (same champenoise process used in the champagne production ) and "Passito" (fortified wine)

Since our Wineyard is for hobby (aroud 4000 sqm) we give the harvest to a local well known winemaking company.
