I published my first book on Amazon, but I’ve done little promoting my book. Instead I’m working on my next book. I teach full time so I have limited time: I much prefer writing than promoting.

For formatting and cover design help, I used a Norwegian company, who was a dream in helping. As for reviews, I encourage my readers, but it’s not a priority for them. Oddly my book is selling locally, by a local merchant. That was a totally unexpected benefit. I’m well aware this will run its course.

I have to add, seeing my book on Amazon still gives me a lift. It’s worth all the trouble:)

I low-key wanna give up because websites like amazon kdp and so much more want you to make these very very large books and its so difficult and i wanted to add pictures its like whats the point i wish i can fully make the book by scratch snd just get a copywrite stamp or publishing stamp alot of these webites suck
