Prepared for the cold? Let Launchpad lay it out for you! Slippery ice, powdery banks, vicious wildlife, and an abominable snow thing are all that stand between Scrooge McDuck and the treasure of the Himalayas.

DuckTales: Remastered launches on August 13th on PlayStation Network, Wii U eShop & Steam (Sept. 11 on Xbox Live)

Launchpad was the main reason I watched "Ducktales."

He is cute, funny, loyal, and good-hearted. He is like Scrooge's fifth nephew (after Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Donald).

My gosh...the last time I heard Launchpad was back when I was a little boy, watching Ducktales on Saturday morning. To hear him say something new, all these years later, is complete nostalgia overdose of the highest degree.

Wayforward is doing such a great job in this update. August 13th can't come soon enough. And for you Xbox users you get the game on... September 11th. Wonderful timing
Capcom.

I want a boxed copy of the game like that one at the end. Preferably for the Wii U so we can keep dat Nintendo consistency with the original Ducktales. Please, Capcom/Disney!

The boss got a HUGE revamp for what I can see.

Words cannot describe the amount of joy I had at seeing Bubba after all these years

I like how none of the comments have mentioned Bubba the Caveduck. :P

They have already stated in a few different interviews that The Moon level will be the last thing they show off before release.

Looks that way. The VA from the cartoon, Terry McGovern is still alive though he's 71. But yeah it's been confirmed its the very same one from the cartoon. Amazing that even after 25 YEARS he can still pick up the personality of Launchpad.

Well you're going to find this surprising but Scrooge's original VA is also returning, though he's now in his 90's.

Capcom is obviously saving Moon for last.

I am glad. Also, I was wrong. The final boss was ALSO in Transylvania in the original game so that makes three visits rather than just two.

Yay Terrence McGovern (original voice of Launchpad).

The music here sounds more tropical than frigid. Strange.

Glad to see them showing off this stage as well since up to this point, all of the focus has been on Transylvania (which admittedly I remember not liking too much).

Alan Young, Scrooge's voice actor, which is also in this game is a 93. He started playing Scrooge in 1983, at the age of 73. ;p

Whelp... this will definitely be a happy birthday... turning 30 and I'll be playing Duck Tales.

Well, as the old saying goes, "You can't stay young forever but you may remain immature indefinitely..."

Finally, I never played the NES game, but I enjoyed the cartoon.
