ACERCA DE MAKTUB FESTIVAL /ABOUT MAKTUB FESTIVAL
La mejor muestra del Bellydance Dominicano. Es el primer festival de Danza Oriental de la República Dominicana al estilo de los grandes eventos internacionales, y al momento, uno de los más valorados de la zona del Caribe en la actualidad. Cada año recibimos a Bellydancers de distintos países, representantes de la Danza del Vientre y del Folklore Arabe. Mercedes Nieto, Sadie Marquardt, Saida, Mahyra Saad, Meg Mayya, Dorisha, Fadhila Nur, Matías Pirchi, David Yazid, Antonia Azahara, Lorelei Acosta, Hannyah, Matisa, entre otros bailarines han pasado por nuestros escenarios. Rusia, Estado Unidos (USA), Hungría, Japón, Brasil, Argentina, España, México, Venezuela, Portugal, etc., todos acuden para celebrar esta gran fiesta.

Maktub 2015, the best example of Dominican Bellydancing. It is the first festival of Oriental Dance from the Dominican Republic, and one of the most valued of the Caribbean today. Each year we receive Bellydancers from different countries, representatives of bellydance and Arabic Folklore. Mercedes Nieto, Sadie Marquardt, Saida, Mahyra Saad, Meg Mayya, Dorisha, Fadhila Nur, Matias Pirchi, David Yazid, Antonia Azahara, Lorelei Acosta, Hannyah, Matisa, among other dancers have passed through our stages. Russia, United States (USA), Hungary, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Venezuela, Portugal, etc., all come to celebrate this great festival.
