I love the fact where she makes it sound so peppy and happy when she sings about candy and then makes a reference to eating children-

Wow, alot of feelings in this song. I've listened to it multiple times, but even before I had a dream about this song and felt the feeling Poppy had when creating this song.

Sounds weird, yes, but as a musician I can heavily feel it.

This gives me a (very slight) Harley Quinn vibe. Just in the sense that I can imagine this kind of mix of super dark/utterly nonsensical lyrics + constantly changing instrumentals playing in her head at full volume as she runs around Gotham committing various crimes ranging from the extravently silly to the disturbingly violent.
