1 minute in and he doesn't know what he's talking about. The priory of sion has nothing to do with the protocols of the elders of Zion.

24:35 My God the host is so dense. The guest mentions 700 bc and he replies "were talking like 6000 years ago?" Lololol I watched a few episodes of this maybe a year ago and knew he wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but yikes And holy shit he did it again one minute later. The guest mentions some of the Dead Sea scrolls referencing other manuscripts being actively written and the host replied "...today?" My God man keep up

I think, after this, I'm gonna make a ~1m-subscriber YouTube podcast where I argue the finer points of utilitarian ethics with my cat.

Danny stop interrupting your guests! Jot down your thought if you need to to follow up on later. @40:30 Within a span of less than a minute you talked over your guest 4 times!

Regarding translating simple language with two words into more complex language using one word, here is an example from English when grappling with a new invention. We started with "horseless carriage" and that became "car" over time. English today is much more complex that it was even 100 years ago because we have so many more concepts to express now. Yet, we often do so more succinctly.

How do you lose the manuscripts. I can’t listen to this guy anymore. What a moron.

Also.. there is so much left out of the subject that they are discussing.. I don't know how much this guy was versed or had studied anything else about the ancient Levant that he could have easily gotten key points across.. He omitted the Maccabean area of Jewish history.. this is where Greek culture and heritage were so dominant in the ancient world that it had a heavy influence on Judaism and the written word..

2:37 "...and I call myself a Hebrew Bible scholar because basically I do all my work in the Hebrew text..." This is a huge red flag. Actual scholars in these fields of study don't call themselves scholars in adjacent fields by mere association, familiarity, or some degree of immersion - it's a purely earned title via a specific set of recognized criterion aka a masters degree or PhD in said topic. Working on my own vehicles doesn't make me a mechanic nor drinking coffee for 50 years doesn't make me a barista, coffee sommelier, or master of coffee - all titles requiring very specific levels of education and demonstration of recognized knowledge. Of couse, experience can be accumulated and demonstrated to merit an acceptable level of recognizable expertise, but that person wouldn't call themselves an expert, though others might. Arrogant. Arrogance is a red flag when touting expert knowledge in a given subject.

This comparison he's doing is wrong in the context of "unique word forms".

Its not "I ran, he ran" it would be like "ran away", "ran up to", "ran down from". Greek uses plenty of prefixes and suffixes, each verb with a different prefix, or suffix, is a unique word. Using something like ana-, apo-, kata-, epi-, ex-, meta-, etc.

Ana(basis), Kata(basis). An(ode) Cath(ode). Up way, down way. Logos, Apologos, epilogos, prologos; those are unique word forms of that one root.

Kipp doesn't know that because he doesn't understand Greek grammar.

Masada meaning strong fortress or foundation, Mossad means institute. You're welcome.

Hays off to him for taking an interest, but hes not there yet. He's giving his opinions while wearing a wiccan shirt (also used in norse mythology). That alone changes the feel of the conversation.
Next up: he sits down with Wes.

You have it Wrong. It's Priory Of Sion. Bad start. It has nothing to do with the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

“You can translate anything into any other language regardless of complexity” !?! That statement is Hot Garbage and you can stick that in Google Translate.
