Nice buys and congrats on adding to your adjustable wrench set. The German multi tool pliers are used for adding and removing weights on automobile and truck tire rims. Cheers!

Hi Ben, I think the pliers (with hammer head) could have been used for wheel balancing weights removing (i had a similar one), the hammer end is for knocking on the new lead weights, Best regards Stu
