i would never be able to do parkour even if i had the guts to do so, one of the reasons why is i am prone to ankle injurys for example i could be doing nothing and all of a suddden my ankle starts acting like i sprained it, and its because of a stupid thing i did when i was younger that allowed me to move my feet in positions there not meant to be moved into and one day (this was in kindagarden) i decided to jump down the stairs and because of how often i moved my feet like that my body had adjusted to automatticly move like that, so imagine moving your feet sideways in a way that allows you to be standing on the side of your foot and then imagine landing like that after jumping, while that alone wasnt enough to cause permenant injurys i kept injuring it over and over never giving it a chance to heal and it became a permiant injury, so yeah i havent jumped down the stairs since andi would never jump even a small area out of fear of landing like that again because the chances are because that injury even if its healed now it still causes me to injure myself to this day there is a chance that the same thing will happen if i land like that again and i might end up injuring it over and over like last time and if i kept going after that healed i could end up in a wheelchair because my ankles will have been perminantly destroyed
