My KLM story of awesomeness: Back in the 90s (I'm old!), I was in an internet romance with a guy in Helsinki. I flew out of the US (for the first time ever), only because Atlanta was Atlanta, the flight left almost two hours late, and that was the time I had in Amsterdam to connect to Stockholm (Where we were gonna take a ferry cruise back to Helsinki, all romantic). This was before people had cell phones on them, so he was in another country, and I was landing in another country, and I'd have no way to tell him I missed my flight, he'd just think I stood him up, so I was upset.

The crew were so lovely, trying to ease my fears, though I was no flight risk or anything like that, and going back to check with the captain, and letting me know they were gonna make up a lot of time, and what would happen if I did miss the flight, and they had it written down to have him paged in Arlanda if I didn't make that flight, and how to help me make that flight, just so so understanding and kind.

And at the end of it, they gave me some champagne from first class, just out of sympathy.

We've been married 22 years and counting... er... me and him, not me and KLM!

Only flown with KLM on short hop from UK to Amsterdam. My wife is a very nervous traveller and the cabin crew were absolutely fantastic. Even on such a short flight they were so friendly and attentive.

Blame Delta for the congestion at the Crown Lounge. They have upwards of 16 flights a day from Schiphol but haven't invested in their own lounge.

Never had a bad experience with KLM, since they are my home based carrier i fly them often. My next flight is on their 787-10 and 747-400M😊😊

KLM’s cabin crews always achieve to amaze me, even though I only fly relatively short routes with them in coach.

Yes, KLM is always my 1st choice for the same reasons. My last flight was to Amsterdam in the summer of 2021. With all the covid restrictions I felt so safe and comfortable flying with this airline.

Nice video and review! I totally agree with you that KLM cabin crew is so nice, also in economy. I flew businessclass oct 2019 (unfortunately not on their 100th aniversary) on KLM's PH-AOF (3G/2A) to Bonaire and back to AMS by PH-AON (1J), A330-200's. For me it was the overall KLM-experience which made me smile and made my memories of Bonaire even better. And yes... those houses! Please, keep on posting your reviews on Youtube!

King Willem-Alexander (KLM - Royal Dutch Airlines, and he flies regularly as a pilot on their 737's ) assented to the Palace being the centennial Delft House.

0:20 Yeah like all other things in our country, it’s overcrowded everywhere. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is incredibly big and busy, but still not big enough to handle all the people. All our cities (which are pretty big) are too small for the amount of people that want to live in them. Our train stations are massive but also too small for the amount of people that want to use them. Basically we just live in a country that is actually way to small for 18 million people, but it still kinda works.

I love KLM! The service is always great and the Dutch people are so sweet. My last flight with them was on the upper deck of a 747 which made the flight even more special. Sadly, I lost my vodka houses in my move...
