How do you utilize the leitner box if you are adding new cards every week? For example, I am going to be make flash cards from the 5000 word Spanish frequency dictionary you recommend. I plan on trying to memorize at least 100 words a week. Does this box work if you are adding in new words weekly? Or am I supposed to sit down and make 1000 flash cards all at once and then use those for the box until I finish the schedule then cycle them out?

I'm studying high intermediate French, and learning about 100 words a day. Many of these words have multiple meanings, up to 20 meanings and shades of meaning, figurative and literal, sometimes opposite to one another.
I already have a vocabulary of about 20, 000 French words.
So I definitely do not have time to write out flash cards, nevertheless, I would like to use this method to reinforce meanings.
What I would like is a pre-packaged set of at least 20, 000 words on e-flashcards.
Do you know of somewhere I can get this?

Hi Nathan.
I always found making flash cards very time consuming. Could I ask you for advice please. Suppose that you were to embark on a journey to memorise 5000 words. How long would it take you
1. to make 25 cards per day
2. to memorize 25 cards per day
3. to reach 5000 words?

I don’t understand why on the first day you have to study level 1 and 2 and then on the 2nd day it’s level 3. Wouldn’t you start with level 1 and then the next day level 2 and 1.
