Remoting In: SCCM

Step by step instructions:

Remember to always inform a user before you attempt to remote into their machine.

1. Locate and open your SCCM client. It can be downloaded from the Shared drive at \\ph-filer2\Support\SCCMClientCenter2.0.4.0.

2. Select “Devices”, then type the user’s computer name into the search bar.

3. Right click the computer name, select “Start”, then click “Remote Control”.

4. After a few moments, you will have access to their machine. Simply close the window to end the session.

5. If you log into any device with your credentials, make sure to log off before ending the remote session.
