It's a great video, you really show the similarities and differences - if I was in your boat, I'd be thrilled to have the Koma gear, but not feel ripped off by the modular. ;) They're both their own things. The Intellijel (plus) gear has a lot more depth and breadth to what you can get out of it; but at the same time, Koma gives musicians a fully-functional synthesizer (the world is your oscillator ;) ) for 500 clams - and it sounds great.

Just bought the field fx tempting to get them both!

Yet realistically I just don’’t think the fx is for this type of application!
It’s pretty cheap considering that you get a envelope and spring reverb for the extra bucks!

Confused... in your comparison... what did you use to drive the DC solenoid in your “fullymodular” rig. I’ve heard Bastl makes some good modules for that with multiple DC outs compared to the single DC jack on the Field Kit.

It seems like a lot (not all) of the functionality is similar, it's just hifi versus lofi.... I just traded someone for the field kit, and Looks like I'll be doing some lofi stuff.
