Only watched a few of your videos so far, but I've been very impressed. Not only are you super talented as a photographer, but you touch on everything I'm interested in and keep it practical without ignoring the facts.

The honesty and nonscripted content is so appreciated. It shows you're true emotion on this camera. I've been on the edge of upgrading to full frame for awhile and this camera is going to be my upgrade. I shoot video and pictures and I needed something that could do bot extremely well. Thank you

I love this style Manny ... this is just real, calm, it is so freaking honest as well. Legit.

I've been following you for a long time and yes, your opinion matters the most to me than the technical guys' opinion does. Because you take the kind of pictures I want to be taking. I also enjoy birding and that's a totally different beast but thank you for all you do Manny! You are an incredible photographer! I love how your family made you leave though and just have fun. Pretty cool that you can do that and come back the next day and finish it up. Tells me you are a great guy who puts his family first. Blessings

Hey Manny, love your stuff, as always. Just wanted to point out (if it hasn't been done so already) that with Electronic Shutter on the EOS R6 Mark II, you CAN get shutter speeds to 1/16, 000th second, in Manual or shutter-priority (Tv) modes. The photographer has to set this him-/herself, and the jump from the normal top speed of 1/8000th sec in this case is a full-stop increment -- fractional 1/3 or 1/2 stops aren't available between 1/8000 and 1/16, 000th. The camera itself cannot automatically set this 1/16, 000th shutter speed in P or Av exposure mode; it's only when the user opts for it in M or Tv modes. And, nothing has to be unlocked (so to speak) within the menus to make it happen... just set the 1/16, 000th as you would any other shutter speed, as long as you're in M or Tv mode. Enjoying the review -- hope you and the ladies had a great time trick-or-treating!

Watched all the other usual big name camera channels on the R6 Mkii, before seeing your review, and I have to say, yours was one of the most enjoyable and down to earth to watch. I'm not sure what you are like when you are on script, but I really liked the off the cuff nature of this preview, as that was what made it feel so easy and enjoyable to watch IMO. In other words, it felt like less of a spec sheet readout like some other chanels work around, and focused more on the real world experiences/improvements, which I think is what many of us probably want to know at the end of the day. Anyway, just wanted to mention that. Keep up the good work mate! 🙂👍

I learn so much from this channel. Once I get my money right, I’m getting that R6 MKII in 2024 🙏🏾
So appreciate you!

So interesting; I was not really expecting this standpoint from such a hardcore Sony user. But you do shoot many manufactures and so it’s a refreshing perspective you provided. I have one sitting on my counter unopened trying to decide if I should keep it and return for a R5. Or keep it. This gave me a lot to chew on - appreciate the review!

killed it bro…. this is the one I’ve been waiting for - your testing really put it through its paces, situations that would be tough for any camera to be able to come away with clean and usable shots, and still be a video monster with that 180 FPS….. GET YOU ONE THAT CAN DO BOTH…. in my opinion, this is it. Appreciate your comprehensive review and your ability to remain impartial. 🍺🍺

I appreciate what you do. Enjoy your videos and admire your work. I appreciate your humility and saying that you didn't think you were there. Compared to Jarrett and some of the other guys. But you're doing your thing, keep up the great work. Keep making content and share your experience with these amazing cameras.

Thanks brother...was totally fine without a script. You know more than you think! I watch you first, then Jared and Gerald...and Justin Vong lol!

You are always first...perfect balance of tech talk and real user talk.

Thanks

Great video! I love my R6 Mark II. You can use 3rd party EF mount lenses with the adapter. I use to use a 5D Mark II DSLR for 15 years now and finally made the leap. It was nice knowing I didn't have to get rid of my EF mount lenses and start over with the RF mount.

Great video man as usual. I like the netty gritty details from let's say Gerald, but i love your real world use/point of view. It help me so many times, specially with lenses.
