Tingmo or Ting Momo is a traditional tibetan steamed bread that is incredibly fluffy and soft. Tingmos are very light and go well with a variety of Tibetan dishes like Son Labu or Shapta. In this video, I will show you how to make soft Tingmos in a few easy steps.

500g flour
290ml or 1 1/4 cups water
5g yeast
3g or 1 tsp sugar

I am Tibetan muslim....my grannies are from Lhasa my dad also born there...but I haven't been to Lhasa once....hope we will be back to our motherland sooon❤️❤️❤️❤️
