Welcome to the midterm review for Calculus I! In this video, I go over the entire content of what one should know for a typical calculus I midterm examination. Feel free to use the timestamps to skip to the questions you wish to go over!

The review session is based on when I took Calculus in university so it's based on that however, this should be usable by almost everyone.

Good luck to anyone who has exams!

In the second part on question 18, I wrote the limit as a->a on the second line and limit as x->a on the 3rd line. Both of those should say the limit as a->0.

For question 8, for the increasing portion, I wrote 1<sqrt(5). That should be 1<sqrt(17). The rest of the proof is still valid.

umm, I have a question, for the last related rates problem (question 20), how did y/3.5 become 1/3.5 and how did (y-x)/h become 1/h (dy/dt - dx/dt)?

Hey man, awesome video! I just wanted to say, could you write in a color that’s brighter than blue? It’s bit hard to see with the black background

47:48 Even though we are doing separate cases from the right and left, because the x value is still positive, doesn't that mean that the absolute value case will remain positive for both left and right limit?
