All around Flesh device is good for getting consistent luck considering the 1.35x luck while grav is better for more luck but not very consistent, so if you want better auras go for the grav device but if you want consistent luck then go for the flesh

Yesterday I rolled 6 1 mil aura and sailor flying dutchman breaktrough without heavenly 2 using gravitational device and I also made a test on which left handed device is best for heavenly 2 potions I popped 6 heavenly 2, 2 heavenly for each left handed glove on gravitational I got undefined and iridescent memory breaktrough, on flesh device I got zeus and matrix, on jackpot device I got gravitational and chromatic so Id say gravitational device is the best
