I tried this recipe. The seasoning was the best I ever put together! Thank you for that. But the kale was a little tough. I like the idea of it being charred but the toughness is a no go. How long did you leave it in pan?
Chick peas were also a home run.

Do you usually leave the red pepper seeds in for sautéing? :)
I've actualy never tried it before so now I'm curious to know how that affects the texture/taste of the dish. Will have to give it a try haha
