So, start at 1:45 or so... they are talking about "getting the answer wrong" and learning from that, but how does it know the answer is wrong?

This happens to be the smartest introduction to Neural Networks. With your permission, we would like to use this video for an internal course on AI, as a transformation initiative.

A fun video but not well explained. What are each of these nodes, what do they do? How does it take in different variables? Also when the video said 'not dog' the sound should have been a dog whining.

That matrix portrayal of computers is misleading. Computers don't "see" 1s and 0s any more than we can see our own neurons.
