Tried using my card on the target website and when checking out it asked for my cards “access code” and it’s an 8 digit pin. I have no idea what that is?

Government won’t let you make anonymous transactions it has nothing to do with what’s being suggested in the comments section.

That doesn't work anymore. Those pre-paid card can ONLY be use either in person at a store (so they can id you) or ONLY on certain sites where the accept pre-paid card (which is none of the one you actually want to buy something from... ) sadly... There has been too many fraud with those and they cannot take any chances anymore, i guess.

mine says correct card info or pay another way...even though I have the numbers right. (I got it from walmart) I think I need to recommend people to not buy a vanilla card, find a gift card that doesn't have "vanilla" in it.

Most useless and horrible card you can get. MAKE SURE YOU GET A NORMAL VISA GIFT CARD. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS PIECE OF PAPER. I wasted 100$ on a card THAT WONT EVEN BUY ON AMAZON. WHAT KIND OF CARD IS THIS?
