Inmate Accusing P. Diddy of Rape Gets a Win in Court

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith says disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs drugged and raped him at a party in Detroit in 1997. Cardello-Smith claims the rapper is selling his Los Angeles home to keep assets away from a potential settlement with him in the future. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber has Cardello-Smith’s win in court and the disturbing allegations laid out in his complaint.
