Scott Free is Mister miracle in DC and Remy La Labou is Gambit in Marvel. That is if my memory isn’t screwing with me and mixing up the names. The funniest part to me is the fact that both superhero references appear to be completely unintentional.

Since I haven't seen anyone point this out, Remy Labou is a play on Kremy Lacroux, the husband of Mace's other character, Gideon. The Gambit reference is only secondary.
