Island Health Cardio Rehabilitation Program

The aim of the cardiac rehabilitation program at the Royal Jubilee Hospital is to introduce people to exercise, and some of the risk factors that lead to heart disease. The program's goal is to show patients how to manage their own risk factors after they have developed a heart condition.
