Download my free 3-day video masterclass to find out the top things that your doctor isn't telling you about POTS:

Are you always running into things or finding random bruises? 🤕

One of my biggest hurdles seems to be fitting through doors. Even if I’ve walked through a door a dozen times, sometimes I’ll still walk into the door with my hip.

It’s estimated that around half of POTS patients are hypermobile, and those with hypermobility have genetic collagen problems.

The fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber, and muscle in place, is made up of dense bundles of collagen. It’s the biggest sensory organ in the whole body and plays an important role in proprioception - your body's ability to sense movement, action, and location. 🤸‍♀️

Fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin. When stressed, it tightens up. This also results in knotting, tightness, and chronic pain.

That’s exactly why it’s even more important to move gently with awareness of your body. 🐈

Do you have any moves that you do to help improve your proprioception?

I hope you find it helpful.
