NEW Silhouette Studio Software (V4.1): Newbie part 1

I'm BAAAAACCCKKKKK!! AHHHH I'm so sorry I've been away for so long! Things here have been madness! But in a good way. Anyway, I thought I would take a minute to upload a few new videos of how to use this new (overwhelming) software. If you're a vet, you totally know what I'm talking about. If you're new, this will help you be able to find what you are looking for!

You just made my life so much simpler!! I just purchase my cameo 3 and while there are many helpful videos one thing I find distracting is when they move the cursor so fast, or back and forth that I get lost! You did an absolutely wonderful job!!! I was actually able to follow you and in 14 minutes learned so much!!! I don’t mean to put down others for I appreciate their efforts but you nailed it!!!❤️❤️❤️

I just subbed because I just ordered my cameo 3 which so happens to be my first machine like this at all and even though you have to be a little fast because of time restrictions I will be watching as many of your newbie videos as possible even if I have to watch them over and over because to me you just come off as a very genuine person that honestly wants to help us learn so thank you for taking the time to help us

Great video! I have a question, how do you out your own pictures etc into silhouette? I've tried JPEG, SVG, AI, CDR, ASR, PSD etc files and none of them will work !! I can't even get them to open in silhouette or anything lol I have no idea what I'm doing..SUPER Noob here hahaha any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi. How can I adjust the distance to accommodate the vinyl. On other Silhouettes there is a LEVER but on the PORTRAIT 2 i cant find it. My vinyl moves as there is no support. Than ks for your kind help andThanks for all these great videos for newbies.

I have the basic edition how cam I cut and score a box I tried everything I seen on line and just can't get it.

What's the difference between outlining the logo and filling it in, when it gets cut out thru the Cameo ?

Hi!! I need help...
I upgraded the software to the 4.1.468 ss basic edition. I used to have the prior software and I had no problems welding letters and offset words. Now that I am using this software I'm having problems. As soon as I click weld, the letters get distorted. I use a macbook. Not sure if that is a problem, but it shouldn't because I used to have a macbook before and had no issues. Anybody can help?
