This video was very helpful. I had no idea how to use this thing and the paperwork of instructions was huge piece of paper about 3 feet wide by 3 feet high and the front was so small. After writing my previous question, I read a lot of the comments and I see that many/most of people's questions -- even questions from as long as two years ago -- have never been answered. Yet the video says we should ask our questions here. Is this YouTube site no longer being monitored by this pharmacist?
